Unpublished Villains Wiki

Hi guys this is my first pure evil proposal on this wiki and is for somebody I feel is absolutely pure evil. May I introduce Woody from the Black Friday Reel who also has one of the wiki's best articles.

Who Is He And What Has He Done?[]

Woody is like his original counterpart Andy's favorite toy and viewed as the leader of their crew by all of Andy's other toys. Although when Buzz came and replaced Woody as Andy's favorite toy he reacted a lot more differentely than the woody we know and love. He proceeded to shake Buzz's hand and then threw him out of the window in an attempt to kill him.

In the aftermath of that event Bo Peep points out that Buzz falling out of the window wasn't an accident and then the army men scold Woody. Although Woody gets furious and tells Slinky to end this rebellion at his tyrannical rule. Doing this only after they blamed him and refused to hear his cries of being innocent.

Slinky refuses to obey Woody even when he berates and abuses him which then leads to his downfall. The toys throw him out of the window. Later he would have apologized to Buzz but it was insincere still showing his cruelty

Moral Agency?[]

Woody by all means is a tyrant and considering the people who made him thought of him as dark is really something to consider. He only cares about himself and views the other toys as lower than him. In essence he is an absolute dictator who rips away democracy that the toys should recieve. Not to mention he berates and abuses Slinky for not following him. Something he did with no remorse whatsoever. Even he playing on Buzz's emotions to attempt to kill him says it all.

Miltigating Factors?[]

Not really, Woody is under the Tragic category but we've seen a pure evil Esther Coleman on this wiki who is under tragic on pure evil. This then qualifies him for Pure Evil. As mentioned before he also does apologize to Buzz but it is very insincere. Plus there are real pure evils on villains wiki who are protagonist. To finish this section, we know from now he is an abusive tyrant but he has no redeeming qualities. This could change with more informaton revealed but now for all we know the apology was so he could keep his power.

Heinous Standard?[]

For the toy story franchise at the time and pixar as a whole tyranny and abuse was viewed as heinous for the context from where it came from. His abuse of Slinky was unforgivable and to him Slinky was just another pawn of his. His personality even inspired Lotso who like him is an abusive tyrant and faux affably evil. Not to mention Lotso got onto Pure Evil. So that says it all. From what we know he was an abusive tyrant that used people's feelings against them to keep absolute control over his subjects.

Final Verdict[]

I'd say yes for this tyrant because he has no redeeming factors we know of and in the context of the story did unforgivable things.
