Tomber is a supporting character in the animated film Cars 2. In the early script of the film, however, he played the role of an antagonist and a villain as one of Zil's minions.
He was voiced by Michel Michelis in the final project.
Biography[]
Tomber appears in a villainous role in two deleted scenes — "Oktoberfest" and "Meet Finn".
Oktoberfest[]
Amidst the festivities, a group of Lemons, Tomber included, chase and beat up a secret agent. When he, badly injured and weakened, finally loses them, he finds Mater and asks him to find Finn McMissile before succumbing to injuries and drowning. As Mater exits the ride unfazed, the Lemons watch him.
Meet Finn[]
Tomber, armed with electric saws, chases Mater through train wagons, only for the last wagon with the tow truck inside to break off and enter the tunnel, leaving Tomber startled.

- In reference to Tomber's original role, one promotional poster still has him grouped with Lemons, even though he doesn't even interact with the in the final script.
