in the earliest drafts of scream 3 from what's known the film would revolve around murders in the town of Woodsboro however by the end of the film its revealed most if not all of the films "victims" were all worshipers of stu macher one of the original villain's of the first film revealed to be alive here, there fate is unknown but they are most likely dead
