The Creeper is a minor antagonist of an early draft of the 2004 film Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed. He would have been played by Christopher R. Sumpton.
History[]
The Creeper is one of many costumes the Evil Masked Figure took and brought back as a monster. Scooby-Doo took the control panel and reverse engineered it so all of the monsters would revert back into costumes.

- The Creeper was reduced to a costume due to budget cuts. His actor would play the Zombie in the final film.
