Satan or Devil is a minor character planned in Thor: Love and Thunder.
He would be seen as one of the gods appeared in the Omnipotence City. Lying on a couch holding a human leg.
He would have been played by Russel Crowe, who later play Zeus. However, he was played by Septimus Caton before they all got deleted.
Appearance[]
Satan was depicted as a red-skinned demon with bull horn, legs and feet. He wore golden bracelets, belt and neckband.
Development[]
Septimus Caton's role as Satan was initially meant to be portrayed by Russell Crowe early on development of Thor: Love and Thunder before the filmmakers decided to cast Crowe as Zeus instead later on. Though Satan’s scenes were not being shown in the final cut.
Trivia[]
- Judging by the concept art, Satan would've been a man-eater, evidenced by the broken human leg Satan was holding with some bite marks.
