Aleksei Systevich, also known as Rhino, was a planned antagonist of Sony’s Sinister Six, as well as in early drafts of the 2021 Marvel Cinematic Universe film Spider-Man: No Way Home.
Paul Giamatti would have reprised his role from The Amazing Spider-Man 2.

Rhino would team up with Green Goblin, Kraven the Hunter, Vulture, Doctor Octopus and Mysterio to takedown Spider-Man.
Spider-Man: No Way Home[]
He is one of three villains from Peter-Three’s universe to show up in Earth-199999. He recognized Lizard and Electro. They and three villains from Peter-Two’s universe were trapped by Doctor Strange. Norman Osborn freed them and plotted an attack on the Statue of Liberty. Rhino was cured by a serum.

- Originally, the position of Rhino’s armor in the post credit scene of The Amazing Spider-Man 2 was intended to be a floating black goo of symbiote. Which supposedly teasing Venom as a member. However, Sony decided to change this scene to done justice of Venom down the line.
- Rhino was cut from the script due to it having too many villains to begin with.
- Another likely reason is that many fans barely knows and some even dislike this interpretation of Rhino, leading him to be cut from the final script.
- Having Rhino in the story, it may likely that Sinister Six would be formed in No Way Home as the number of villains in the film plus Rhino was just 6.
