Mr. Karlos Ditkovich is a supporting character in Sam Raimi's Spider-Man Trilogy films. He is Peter Parker's landlord who is a heavy stickler for rent money, but overall has a fondness of Peter's kind and responsible nature. In a proposed plot point for the cancelled fourth film Spider-Man 4, it would've been revealed that Mr. Diktovich was in fact an older and retired Sergei Kravinoff, the former villainous bounty hunter Kraven the Hunter, who had long since abandoned his murderous lifestyle and had married and had a daughter Ursla, becoming the landlord of the apartment complex Peter lives in.
