Victor Timely, also known as Kang the Conqueror, was a planned antagonist in the cancelled Avengers: Kang Dynasty and its sequel, Avengers: Secret Wars. He was also going to be teased in the post credit scene alongside Baron Zemo.

Kang was set to be the antagonist of both films, alongside its Council of Kang.
