Honk the Penguin is a penguin that would be a part of the FLEAS and (presumably) would be a supporting character in the Dog Man franchise.
Honk would be an anti-villainous penguin who aided Piggy in his evil plans.

It can be presumed that Honk would have the exact backstop as the rest of the FLEAS and would've been a part of the Critter Scouts before it was shut down by Petey.
Present[]
It can be presumed that Honk joined the FLEAS (possibly unwillingly) and tried his best to defeat Petey, yet failed.
Trivia[]
- Honk was originally going to appear in Dog Man: Fetch-22 with a different name, but was removed for an unknown reason.
- It's currently unknown why Dav Pilkey didn't add Honk in.
- It's implied he was going to be as stupid as Crunky and Bub and he would redeem himself and joined the Friendly Friends, as did they.
