Grotty was set to be the main antagonist of the unmade Sonia the Hedgehog animated series. He is Dr. Robotnik's twin brother, who is left in charge of his operations on Mobius while his brother is off fighting Sonic in space, and Sonia the Hedgehog's primary enemy.

All that is known about Grotty's appearance is that unlike his brother, he is notably skinny.
Biography[]
Sonic the Hedgehog and Dr. Robotnik left Mobius to fight each other across the galaxy, but both had left their siblings to finish their business - Sonic relied on his sister Sonia, while Robotnik put his evil twin Grotty in charge. Assisted by Scratch and Grounder, Grotty seeks to defeat Sonia and her sidekick Quilley, leaving the planet his for the taking.
Personality[]
Personal traits are another thing Grotty differs from his twin brother in - whereas Robotnik is vain, Grotty is "simply despicable" and has a serious, take-no-prisoners attitude, and manages to turn even bumbling robots like Scratch and Grounder into formidable opponents.
