Dingodile was set to be an antagonist of the cancelled video game Crash Landed, which was conceived as a reboot of the Crash Bandicoot series, and a playable character in the cancelled 2010 Crash Team Racing game. He is an anthropomorphic dingo-crocodile hybrid and Cortex's henchman who gets into Crash Bandicoot's way during his quest to save the bandicutes from the evil scientist.
Biography[]
Dingodile was created as one of Cortex's experiments at an unknown point in time, and was tasked with stopping another escaped mutant, Crash Bandicoot. During Crash's quest, he was seen loading unmutated bandicoots into a cannon and shooting them out of it for fun, which prompted Crash to step in and fight the villain.
According to the map included in the press kit, Dingodile would be fought as a boss on Wumpa Island.
Personality[]
Judging from Dingodile's behavior in the clip featuring him, he enjoys causing pain to other creatures, as he is seen loading defenseless bandicoot into a cannon in order to shoot them out of it.
