Incriminators

Incriminators or Framers are Villains who commit crimes and frame others for it. They even plan the framings carefully and have evidence falsified. Some frame others by disguising themselves as them or are Evil Twins or Clones. Sometimes there are not even any crimes at all and the Incriminators lie just so someone else gets in trouble. These Villains likely delight in using Pawns to get information so they will be discovered as Frauds and Betrayed later on.
