Deceased

The Unpublished Villains that are currently Deceased in their own story. This includes those that have accepted their own fate, or have begged for their lives, or have suffered a fate worse than death. The "Undead" cannot count unless they are permanently killed. Do not add characters whose fate is left ambiguous to this category. They should be added to Presumed Deceased or Inconclusive.
