Villains who force people into combat situations often for their own amusement, Arena Masters tend to be either Dark Lords or Dictators and are extremely bloodthirsty and dangerous as seeing others fight is often one of their most prized forms of "entertainment" and can also be used as a way of striking fear into others or displaying their own personal power.
