The Animal Control Officer, was intended to be a if not the major antagonist of the cancelled Disney animated sequel, Dumbo II. He was going to be a nasty officer who attempt to capture Dumbo and his friends, who where lost in New York City. But the film got cancelled in 2006, after John Lasseter became CEO of Walt Disney Animation Studios.
