I don't think so. this seems to be inactive. the last headlined article was back in may of 2022.

Like have the background contain characters. But where can I learn how to do that is the question. Does anyone have any ideas?

I recommend using an image that is 1,280 × 755 pixels, and put it in a site like Pixlr, then add character image layers. A JPG as the end result so the file is not too large.
