I think there should also be an Unpublished Neutral Characters Wiki for characters not on the side of good or evil that were going to be in a published work, but were eventually scrapped in the final version, or a work goes entirely unpublished.

My main reasoning is all of the FPE/Kaaatie neutral characters are being deleted due to that channel's videos going unpublished for a lot of reasons, mainly due to the creator not being able to handle all the stress.

My other reasoning is that there was a character that Mystman12 was going to add to Baldi's Basics Classic, called "Pencil Boy", but he ended up not adding him because he thought the character would have been too annoying for the players, which can explain the unused dialogue "No stabbing people with pencils in the halls!" that Principal of the Thing would've said if he caught Pencil Boy stabbing someone with a pencil.
