If a character has no official image to go along with their page, yet we do have a decent idea of how they might have looked, would it be allowed to use a mock-up based off the description until an official image is found? The idea came from what Toho Kingdom does with their scrapped Kaiju.

Is this wiki even moderated anymore? Some articles here have been candidates for deletion for months, if not YEARS, and no action's been taken.
Hi, I made the Typhlosion page. I’d like to request it’s removal, both for the reasons already mentioned on the candidate for deletion disclaimer, but also it’s a half-assed sloppily researched piece of shit that doesn’t deserve to be the most popular page here.
During the screening of Murder Drones Episode 2, Liam Vickers stated Khan was going to be the main antagonist of the show, but it was scrapped later on. Should there be a page about him?
Why Can't I edit any pages? I want to make some pages on here but I have no way of doing so.
There are more Scooby-Doo 2 villains that should be added to this wiki: the Green Ghost, the Ghost Clown, the Ghost Of Redbeard, the Witch Doctor, the Werewolf, the Ozark Witch, the Headless Horseman, and Chickenstein. These villains were going to be brought to life in the movie, and got cut.

It's still highly unfinished, mind you, and with only one page, but I feel like you deserve to know. To be fair, it's my first time creating a wiki, but if not me, then who else?
Magometh is tired of waiting for the mountain to come, so he's paying it a visit. What I'm trying to say is that if I can recreate the wiki, I probably will. I wasn't willing before, because a Russophone running an English-languaged wiki just doesn't sound right, but... In that case, any suggestions as for which unpublished hero should get a page first? I really don't want reboot Crash to be the first, since there's not that much info about him. Perhaps Spider-Man from that script?
In the TV Show "Ninjago", Echo Zane was originally going to be the identity of the villain "Mr.E" because of being reprogrammed for evil by the Quiet one (Harumi) , the reason why the idea got scrapped was because of most characters in-universe not remembering the events of the season he appeared in. There seems to be enough info on him for him to have a page.
In the game Grabbed by the Ghoulies there is a ghostly specter called Gwenyth, she doesn't do much, she just scares the protagonist sometimes when she appears in the mansion.
But points that reinforce a hypothesis that she was going to be a more relevant enemy, in the 2001 trailer of the game, she can be seen looking with a threatening and provocative face, in promotional images, she appears, implying that she would have a more role important and finally, according to one of the game's artists, he has the same last name as the antagonist of the adventure "Von Ghoul".
I don't know if this is enough information to include in the wiki in an article or if it is just a curiosity, because it is not known what it would do in the beta game.
